Preston entered the Tokyo ESP Music Academy in 2016 where he won the ESP Music Academy guitar contest Grand Prix. 

 

He recorded on the Cymbalic Encounters’ second CD ‘Exploration of the Southern Constellation’ which featured notable artists from Brand X- Percy Jones and John Goodsall. The CD also featured guitarist Joe Berger.

 

Preston has been supporting the NAMM Show as an endorser for JJ Guitars and EVENTIDE.  While in L.A. he collaborated with vocalist Mars Daniel on a project.

 

Preston is scheduled to perform on Cruise To The Edge with Fernando Perdomo’s Out To Sea Band in 2022.
